Chiropractic care at YMYB focuses on finding the root cause of your problem and helping you understand how it happened, how we can help you fix it and how you can avoid it in the future. We regularly reassess a problem throughout treatment to make sure you are getting the right number of treatments for you. We can offer short term treatment to simply overcome a problem or long term maintenance if you regularly put your body through a lot.
Hypnotherapy is a psychotherapy that utilises hypnosis to improve focus and perspective and to help you learn and practice other techniques. Hypnosis will only work on someone who is willing and comfortable with the treatment and is therefore a safe solution to many conditions. We use a range of techniques taken from NLP and CBT, including visualisation, which are regularly used to help people control the root causes of their problem and even improve high level sporting success.
