Over the past ten years Nikki and her Team have provided me with an excellent service. The personal touch and attention to detail is second to none and is a far cry from the conveyor belt approach and hard sell you find these days in supermarket opticians and large company chains. I always get comments about my fabulous glasses and I know that I have a pair that really suits me due to the time Nikki spent with me trying on numerous frames.
