Remarkably we are experts with EARS. Having been a vari-focal lens wearer for several years and then experiencing numerous problems with my updated prescription from Vision Express, I discovered Kings Hill Opticians during my lunchbreak. My first reaction was how friendly all the staff were and how completely at ease I was made to feel during my eye examination. Mr Shoker raised some concerns over the shape of one of my optic nerves and has referred me to hospital for further tests. After Mr Gill patiently listened to my concerns and tried several lenses and remade my glasses for me I am now very happy with my Lindberg varifocals and cannot praise Mr Shoker, Mr Gill and their team highly enough.
