Rehab is about strengthening where it counts - a strong back is a healthy back. Did you know, you can be strong in some of the big more obvious muscles called prime movers, but still weak in the key stabilising and functionally supportive muscles of the back?

It's amazing how overall performance can be improved by knowing how to look after your body with the right sort of habits. So if you prefer a healthier, fitter you, we are here to help you become just that. You can achieve great results through Performance Care and healthy habits.
