JAYNE TOWNSEND is a member of the British College of Optometrists. She has a particular interest in contact lens fitting. As well as fitting conventional daily and disposable lenses she also has considerable experience in fitting unusual shaped corneas such as in keratoconus, following corneal graft surgery and post laser complications.
The Farnham Chiropractic Clinic was the first Chiropractic Clinic in Farnham and established by David Young in 1986. During this time he has gradually built the clinic up with a further two associates, a physiotherapist, two clinical psychologists and a sports masseur.
I am a qualified chiropractor registered with the General Chiropractic Council and have been practising in Farnham for over 17 years. I am fully insured to treat people and animals. I was trained as a McTimoney chiropractor and then went on to study Advanced Soft Tissue Manipulation with Leon Chaitow at the University of Westminster. In order to treat animals I studied with the IAVC and passed the exams necessary to qualify as a member of the IVCA.
Grant was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. His extremely sporty lifestyle and interest in the function of the human body attracted him to the profession of Chiropractic. He started studying Chiropractic at The University of Johannesburg (UJ) in 1996. He started his master's research dissertation in 2002. After graduating from UJ with a Masters in Chiropractic (2004), he to moved to England with the view to travel and develop both professionally and personally.
