Insula Wellbeing was set up by Sharon Rutherford and Jessica Melville to provide a bespoke mental health service that would transform mental health supports across the province. We have 35 years+ experience working in acute mental health, our passion and desire is that with support from our service, we will help people and businesses make a sustainable difference to their mental health.
