Eastbourne Chiropractic Clinic

In the mid 1960's a local man Anthony Harris decided to change direction in life from being a gifted musician and teacher of music to following a new path and become a Chiropractor. He qualified at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and returned to England as one of the first chiropractors to practice in the southeast of England. Tony Harris originally opened a clinic in Bexhill-on-Sea in the late 1960's later transferring it to Chiswick Place in Eastbourne in 1971 where he remained until retiring in 1987. It was at this time that Hilton Kelly received a telephone call from Anthony suggesting he 'pop' over from Dorset for the weekend and look at the clinic and explore Eastbourne and the beautiful surroundings. The rest is history as Hilton took over the running of the clinic, moving the practice initially to Hyde Gardens and then to its present location in Old Orchard Road in 1992.
