A Health and Wellness practice using chiropractic involves the detection, identification and removal of any interference to the normal or healthy function of the brain and nervous system. The Brain and Spinal Cord is defined as the portion of the vertebrate central nervous system that is enclosed within the cranium, continuous with the spinal cord, and composed of gray matter and white matter. It is the primary centre for the regulation and control of bodily activities, receiving and interpreting sensory impulses, and transmitting information to the muscles and body organs.

It is also the seat of consciousness, thought, memory, and emotion. This is not a complete description but certainly shows that if it isnt working you need to get it loosened up and fixed so that your body operates better. Many people are walking around living lives that are just good enough instead of wanting lives that are optimal, this is what health and wellness are all about.
