It's your health, so you can choose to follow the treatment plan including treatment and rehabilitation we advise for your specific injury. We believe that if positive results and improvements in your pain are not seen within three treatment sessions we will refer to the appropriate care pathway either further imaging, blood tests etc and will work with your GP. Some patients like to practice 'wellness care' which means they come in for musculoskeletal health check-ups every 2-6 months, this is the patients choice and is very dependent on your lifestyle, injury history and levels of fitness, every patient is different and unique!
