There have been independent opticians at 48 High Street providing eye care for the people of Spennymoor since the 1920s. In recent years we have realised that there are other areas of healthcare that could be provided in our easily accessible, award winning practice in Spennymoor Town Centre. In order to address this Walkers Opticians has set up a fully equipped minor operations room within the practice.
We have teamed up with consultant eye surgeons, podiatrists and audiometricians to provide a wide range of high quality treatments for the people of Spennymoor and the surrounding area.
