Owen Aves was established in 1957 and has a proud history of high quality and pioneering community eye care. People are all different, our health varies and our visual needs, demands an problems are unique to each of us. At Owen Aves we pride ourselves on meeting the individual needs of each of our clients and patients. We are truly independent which means the products we use and recommend are what we consider to be the best for you. From spectacle frames and spectacle lenses to contact lenses, contact lens solutions and other eye care products, we have a very broad range at our disposal.
We continue to introduce new technology in our consulting rooms and can now digitally photograph both the back and the front sections of the eye. Optometrist Richard Allen is the senior partner having joined the practice in 1976 for his post graduate training year. He has developed the Contact Lens work and gained his diploma in contact lens practice.
